I can plan my whole wedding myself. Why do I need you?
We have never had a couple say we didn’t need you…. the most consistent reaction is what would we have done without you?! Our attention to detail is impeccable and we truly love what we do. With everything from timelines to selecting your vendor team we can be there every step of the way to help guide you through the process. We can also jump in six weeks out, during the most stressful time, to take over the reins. Our job is to take the stress of the couple and their families during the planning process and make sure that everyone can enjoy the big day!
What sets you apart from other wedding planners?
We will go the extra mile for you always. We over 20 years of experience working in venues there is not much we have not seen and done…the good, the bad and the ugly! Ultimately there is some detail that does not go as planned and we are there to swoop in and fix the problem before it even becomes an issue.

My venue has a coordinator so does that mean I don’t need you?
No! Many times venue coordinators are more focused on the set-up or the food & beverage aspects of the day. We are there to focus on you…from hair & makeup, sending you down the aisle to packing up your gifts at the end. It is important to remember there are many moving parts to a wedding & many last minute details that come up, and that’s what we are there for. We fully understand your vision and make sure it is carried out 100%.
What if I just need a day of coordination?
Just Day of Coordinating does not really exist. The key to a successful event is building relationships with your vendors, a lot of communication & a great timeline. All of this & so much more is vital to making sure your day runs smoothly. In our experience we have found that 6 weeks out (or longer) is the best formula. It is nearly impossible to come in for just the day and be able to make it the day of your dreams.
What if no wedding planning packages fit exactly what I need?
No problem, let us customize a package for you. We love mixing & matching until we find what works best for you. No two weddings are the same & that’s what we love!
My Wedding is not in the Annapolis area, does that matter?
No not at all! We can travel wherever you need us to. We have planned many weddings outside of Annapolis.
Do you have a preferred vendor list?
Yes we have a list of vendors that we have worked with for years and are true professionals. We are more then happy to share them with you so you know you can surround yourself with a great vendor team.
